Surprised that it charges HKD5 for services, which is equivalent to a 10% fee on the breakfast sets, as most tea restaurants in Hong Kong do not have service charges. Food is ok, but choices are limited. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–50 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
