Thank you for sharing your experience Chey, we take any concern around food safety very seriously. We want to be transparent, we use quality drinking water throughout our kitchen and our ingredients are fresh and sourced to a high standard. Food hygiene is something we are extremely careful about across all of our locations. It’s difficult to draw a direct link between a meal and how one feels afterwards, as there are many factors that can affect digestion, particularly when travelling. That said, we’d never dismiss a guest’s concern and we’re always happy to discuss this further directly.
