Atmosphere: standard in a mall restaurant, open view. There was a used open sugar packet on my table that was never picked up by the waitress, even when I showed it to her. There were bigger tables yet for two people, she placed us in a table that is for one person while there are plenty of one-person party that sits in on a table where it is for four people. When I finally got the attention from one of the staff, she asked me if I need to place an order. Ummmm...yws, since you never came to my table for over 10 minutes ( not busy!) I got the Tom Yum Gong chicken chop noodle soup and my partner got a grilled pork chop with laksa noodle soup. Somehow my Tom Yum Gong turned into a coconut soup that is barely warm, no spice or any of the flavor associated with Tom Yum Gong! When the laksa came, it was warmer (loose term!) but it had no standard laksa flavor! When I tried the supposed lemongrass chicken, it was sweet as if covered in honey. It was the worst noodle soup I've ever had in Hong Kong. Service sucked, the food sucked, and I have been nauseous with only few bites! I also got ice tea with lemon that I asked for no sugar, no ice, yet I got ice. Hmm.... Never again and with so many other restaurants around, guess the competition don't have to worry much !
