홍천에 있는 ‘왕순대’는 직접 만든 수제 순대를 맛볼 수 있는 진짜 숨은 맛집이에요. 순대는 잡내 없이 깔끔하고, 간은 특히 신선해서 입에서 살살 녹아요. 전반적으로 간이 딱 맞아서 자꾸 손이 가더라구요. 무엇보다도 사장님이 너무 친절하셔서 기분 좋은 식사 시간이었어요. 진짜 정이 느껴지는 그런 곳이에요. [English Review] *Wang Sundae* in Hongcheon is a hidden gem where you can enjoy freshly made, authentic Korean blood sausage. The sundae has a clean flavor with no strong smell, and the liver is especially fresh and tender. Everything is perfectly seasoned, making it super easy to keep going back for more. Plus, the owner is incredibly kind, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s one of those places that warms both your heart and your stomach.
