Recommended. High quality curry puffs and other flavours. Suggest an early arrival. Opens at 7am but baking not done really till 9am. Get in early as she tends to sell out quickly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best curry puffs in Bangkok so far. I was the only customer at 2.30pm on a Friday afternoon. I was invited to take a seat by the very friendly lady 'Jean' who is the owner. She made me a coffee and I tried the chicken curry puff first. I apologise for the lack of photos because these things are just so delicious! The filling is generous, the pastry delicate and not too stodgy like others I've eaten. I also tried the spinach and cheese and roasted pork puffs which were equally delightful. 'Jean' is a Buddhist nun and speaks English. I learned that she had stayed at a monastery in UK not far from my home town and knows how to make Eccles cakes ( you'll know what they are if you're from Manchester). A great place to visit if you want to eat delicious puff pastry packed with several different fillings. Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
