We went to eat shabu-shabu yesterday, and we were the last table of the day. However, the staff gave us very poor service. I ordered a refillable cola, but I only received one small bottle. Because it was my first time there, I didn’t know how their refill system worked, and the staff never explained anything. When we paid the bill, they still charged me for the refillable drink even though I only got one bottle. They said their refillable drink is served by the bottle, but they never explained that, nor did they offer me another bottle after I finished the first one. They were not busy at all since we were the last table, and they were even looking at me while I finished my drink. So they could have explained the system or provided better service. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
