What a disappointment. After reading glowing reviews, I was looking forward to drinks and dinner here. Although the food was decent, the service was AWFUL. The wait staff took ages to bring our menus, forgot one of our water orders, tried to serve us the wrong dishes—twice, the bartender forgot one of our drinks... None of the wait staff demonstrated any competence.
We left after a quick 30 minute meal, feeling very displeased. I hope Kinou hires more competent staff ASAP.

Disappointing. Left the restaurant after 45mins and not even the drinks arrive at our table. Staff forgot what was our drinks order and asked us what we order 30mins in (she was the one recommended the cocktails), saw another table who came way later than us had the same food we ordered arrived at their table. Staffs just scrambling around serving water and double/triple checking the order receipts. Definitely won’t be back.
