背脂醤油味をチョイスして大正解。キレのある醤油ダレに背脂の甘みが重なり、コクがあるのに最後まで飲みやすい絶妙なバランスです。角形の薄切りチャーシューがこれでもかと敷き詰められ、肉の旨みと香ばしさを存分に堪能できます。少し太めに合わせた博多麺はモチッとした食感で、スープをよく持ち上げてくれて一口ごとに幸福度が増していきます。おろしニンニクを加えると一気にパンチが増し、味の変化も楽しめました。底が細く設計された丼のおかげでスープを無駄なく味わえるのも嬉しいポイント。この一杯には店主の細やかな心配りとラーメン愛がぎゅっと詰まっています。.
