It felt like we were welcomed into the home of the chef. We walk in, and we saw him work hard to do it all - the hosting, cooking, and serving. The smell of the food was phenomenal from the beginning and it was accurate, as our dishes tasted amazing. The menu was in Japanese, but very the drawings of each meal were helpful! I used a translation app. The food was delicious, especially my favorite, the coffee jelly with ice cream and orange. Perfect balance of sweet, bitter, and citrus. Not too sweet! Ambiance was cozy, every detail seemed to be curated to the owners personality, and the music playlist was the cherry on top. We came because of the 5 star review and were not disappointed! A very cozy cafe on the 2nd floor managed by an amazing and super friendly host. Both the bacon and egg toast as well as the omelet are perfect. Uppn request milk is offered for the coffee. 10/10 we can recommend if someone fancies a more westernstyle breakfast in Kanazawa :) The Menu is only in japanese but the pictures help - it‘s more or less self explanatory. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000

Might be the best crepe I've ever had. The owner was also one of the kindest people I met during my trip and he handles everything himself in this tiny restaurant. If you're looking for a delicious breakfast in a small cozy setting, check it out!
