The Yuna Kim Apple Wine served as an aperitif was the perfect starter, with its crisp sweetness and refreshing acidity stimulating the palate. The signature Aglio e Olio featured a deep infusion of garlic and olive oil that coated every strand of pasta, delivering a rich, nutty flavor with each bite. Its perfectly emulsified sauce maintained a satisfying body until the very end. The Lasagna(Lasagna) was equally impressive, with layers of fresh pasta and hearty ragu sauce melting together with rich cheese to provide a deep, savory profile. The combination of Buam-dong’s tranquil atmosphere and high-quality Italian cuisine made for a highly satisfying experience. Since the restaurant is popular and often has a waiting list, I strongly recommend making a phone reservation in advance.
