朝 開店まもなく行ったので、場所がなく、カウンターの前の歩道で座って食べる 餅米が特に上手い、マンゴーも熟し具合が良く、バランス良し。 ただビブグルマンに選ぶ料理かといえば疑問が残る

I visited K. Panich Sticky Rice (ก.พานิช) with high expectations, given its impressive track record of earning the Michelin Bib Gourmand for eight consecutive years. Naturally, I was hoping for a near-perfect mango sticky rice experience. Unfortunately, the mango served during my visit was noticeably sour, which significantly affected the overall dish. The sticky rice itself was well-prepared, and the coconut milk had a good balance, but the quality of the mango is crucial in a dessert like this and in this case, it fell short. Overall, the experience was just average. While it’s still a well-known establishment with a strong reputation, I have personally tried other places that serve better and more satisfying mango sticky rice. It may have been an off day, but based on this visit, it did not quite live up to the expectations set by its accolades.
