Decide to have a weekday buffet lunch at Koggii since they are closing on 26 April 2026. When we reached at 1130am, there was already a long queue of mostly under 30s men waiting outside. No reservations allowed. Only walk-ins. The place is located near the carpark lift. The nearest carpark is Suntec Carpark G. There is a 90 min dine in limit. Chargeable at $10 per extra 10 mins. No solo dinners allowed. Food wastage will be charged at $6/100g. This is the first time I have seen a notice stating that overstaying the dine in limit incurs a fine penalty. There are 3 options available. KBBQ @$19.95++. KSHABU (Hotpot) @22.95++. KBBQ + KSHABU @24.95++. The restaurant uses grill over charcoal as the base for cooking. Meat and drinks are order by scanning a QR code on a printed paper. Payment is made at the end of the meal at the cashier. There were 6 types of meat available that day. Those marinated meat are a bit too salty and left a lingering dry salty taste on the tongue long after the meal is over. Those non marinated meat taste bland. The meat sticks to the grill very easily and the grill turned black fast. They do offer sasame oil at the condiments counter for oiling the grill. There are no free plain water nor green tea. The cheapest drink available is a small bottle of mineral water priced at $2.50. Coke Original is $3.50. That is the price before GST. There are no fruits or desserts offered. They also do not offer any napkins. The cooked food includes japchae, kimchi stew, tteokbokki, cream macaroni, french fries and chicken nuggets. These taste quite decent. The place got a bit smoky and stuffy after a while. Ventilation and air circulation is not good. Service staff is average. They are solemn and polite. Non smiling. No one comes near to clear any of our used plates during our entire meal duration there. The total bill after gst and service charge comes to about $47+ for 2. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Vegetarian options: Minimal. Only lettuce with some cards options. It's a meat joint. Dietary restrictions: Not halal. Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Paid parking lot Parking: Closing on 26 April 2026. Kid-friendliness: If the kids like meat. Wheelchair accessibility: Room for wheelchairs to move around.
