表はかなーりのイマイチ感でしたが、裏はプライベートビーチになっており、海までのアクセス最高。サンセットタイムはエモーショナルな時間が過ごせます。部屋は少々古いですが、遮音性もまあまあありシャワーは強烈に出ます。食事はもうちょっと頑張って欲しいかな。

Worst experience in my life, they are a 2 star at best, was maybe great 30 years ago, but the place is in decay, and dirty, the price is insane for the service offered, the pool is nice and the beach amazing but any other place would be a better choice, they should either lower there price massively or not receive customer in this facility state. Our experience at Koh Chang Resort was very mixed. Overall, the hotel feels like it has seen better days. Many parts of the property are not well maintained and the atmosphere sometimes feels a bit like an abandoned theme park. During our stay we unfortunately did not feel comfortable and therefore asked for a refund, which was refused. The manager was kind enough to offer us a complimentary room upgrade and allowed us to use the pool loungers free of charge, therefore we had to give back our breakfast voucher. One thing that was confusing: the Miracle Beach Club does not seem to belong directly to the hotel. At first we were asked to pay extra for the loungers there, even though we were hotel guests. In general, the price-performance ratio did not meet our expectations. The hotel is also located directly on the main road, and most of the nearby restaurants are along the same busy road, which takes away from the relaxing atmosphere. Service: 3
