陽気な スタッフは一生懸命働き、前向きで、この場所を素晴らしい、素敵なものにします。素晴らしい サービスは、これらのレストラン経営者が気にかけているものです。きれいな 雰囲気がKome Barの特徴です。 でも 多数の クライアント がGoogleを使用してここに高い評価を付けませんでした。

Chanced upon this Japanese bar, restaurant was empty so we got a table immediately. Food was served fast and was all Izakaya style. Very delicious! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Before I even get to dine at the restaurant, I was already so turned off by the male staff that took my reservation for 5 pax on a weekday night. We wanted to dine at Tatsu but was informed that only counter seats available at 8.30pm. As we were celebrating a birthday, the female staff suggested that we call the izakaya/ bar next door (same owner as Tatsu) to get a table seat and we can still order teppanyaki la carte. When I called Modern Izakaya and Kome Bar, I was rudely informed that there is no teppanyaki and only bar food. I quoted the female Tatsu staff suggestions and was told that it is a misunderstanding. The male staff should have listened to what I was going to say before jumping to conclusion. He said that I could reserve a table at Kome Bar but only teppanyaki ala carte and there should be no misunderstanding I think he is the one who is really having the misunderstanding. The female staff at Tatsu understood that we wanted a table seat to celebrate birthday. We had no intention to order teppanyaki set On the day of the dinner, one family member was unwell and we wanted to reschedule the dinner. I received a text from a personal number asking to confirm or cancel the reservation. The text was really unprofessional as there was no greeting and just a statement. When I didn’t reply after 45 mins, I received “???” The staff at Kome Bar should realise that they are speaking to a customer and not a friend. There are certain standards to be met in customer service even if you are trying to keep business going. I’m not the type to no show as I know that many businesses are affected by the pandemic. But this situation was really too much and very disappointing. There was no reply to my cancellation message and needless to say, I will not be going there to try their food at all.
