Public toilet in the park is more clean in thailand than the 60$ room rate.booked for 5 nights , repeatedly request for cleaning but ignored. Morning woke up in panic cause cockroach was crawling on face, left room immediately before the check out date. I requested cleaning service 3 times , host ignored the message completely . Finally after 2 days replied he will come and check, YOU DONT COME AND CHECK , YOU SEND HOUSEKEEPING STAFF! Basic common sense is missing , so frustrated for the amount of money i paid and service i received ! Service: 1

Misleading listing – accommodation does not exist Misleading listing. The accommodation advertised on Booking as tents does not exist. Upon arrival, the owner told us that the tents do not exist and that the place is only a restaurant. However, the tent pitches are clearly present and accessible from the restaurant, but the owner did not seem to be aware of this. He also mentioned that this situation “happens often”. During this exchange, the owner was holding a crossbow, which made the situation particularly uncomfortable. At this time, we are left without any accommodation despite a confirmed reservation, which is completely unacceptable. Lack of professionalism. Avoid. Service: 1
