This man is very rude and bad attitude. No customer service values. We bought total of 5 drinks and during the payment they don’t accept paylah, paynow but only cash and ntuc app which my 17 yrs old son doesn’t have. My husband go and help him to pay already but then scolded my son and said “ you cannot leave until paid” the way he said it was insulting and so rude. Bad service. Bad staff. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It is SG60 and many coffee shops are offering coffee at $0.60 to celebrate our 60th birthday. Kopitiam has promotion for May Day which coffee is going for $0.50 for the whole month. Why is Kopi Kiosk in Anchorvale Village not offering either? Are they not Singaporean owned? Why are they allowed to operate in a Fairprice Kopitiam?Staff simply say they are not offering without any sense of apology or guilt. Disappointing!!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
