Lychee black tea was bland and disappointing. The wait for the breakfast set and bun was just under 30min. Portions was small. Quality was average. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

30apr26 5:30pm Reasonable prices. But server at counter was slow. Didn't warn me that grab dineout 10% discount is only for bills $6 and over. I'd toldnher was using Grab Dineout, and what's more she was guiding me thru the process. My bill was $5.80. Yes, she was kind enough to help, and i should've done my due diligence, but being 65 yrs old and not so familiar and savvy with these apps, would've appreciated the heads-up on the fine print. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
