The staff are both rude and incompetent. This is the only local coffee shop at CBD that has given me leaking coffee cups TWICE. Their staff make funny face whenever I try to make sure the cap is properly placed. I have no clue what’s so funny after their coffee spilled over my shirt, on my way to office. There are so many coffee places out there around CBD. just get something else. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very nice coffee that is always on point thus far. Even now that im afee buildings away i would visit frequently just to grab a coffee. Kudo to the tasteof the coffee and service provided by the girl in photo. Would appreciate if you can share the name of the staff as i would like to write in my compliment and address to the staff. thank you. Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Have tried almost all the coffees around The Heart, and quite frankly this is the best authentic local coffee that reminds me of tge ones I grew up drinking.contrary to some of the other reviews I have read about the outlet and staff, I honestly think they are warm and friendly from the interactions I had with them. Nevertheless, thumbs up from me! Keep up the good work! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
