I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my experience at the noodle stall (ban mian Stall) in Fernvale Kopitiam Corner today. I ordered a Tomato Mee Kia, but the staff prepared a regular Mee Kia instead. When I informed her of the mistake, she denied it was her error and only agreed to change the order after asking me to pay the price difference, which I paid to avoid further argument. Instead of preparing a fresh bowl, she reused the already cooked noodles by putting them back into the pot, adding tomato, and serving them again. As a result, the noodles became overcooked and soggy. I was also concerned that the staff was not wearing a face mask while cooking and was constantly talking to a person at the neighbouring stall throughout the food preparation process. She appeared more focused on chatting than preparing customers' orders. This behaviour is unprofessional and raises serious concerns about food hygiene. My concerns are: Wrong order due to staff's lack of attention. No apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. Customer asked to pay extra to correct the staff's error. Reused cooked noodles instead of preparing a fresh bowl. Staff was not wearing a face mask and kept talking to others while preparing food, raising hygiene concerns. I hope this matter will be investigated and that appropriate action will be taken to improve service standards, food quality, and hygiene practices. Thank you.
