There is the supposed store manager. Coming to all tables to inform that Kopitiam is closed at 930pm. Can the management confirm what time is kopitiam tiong bahru plaza closed at daily ? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible customer service- avoid I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at tiong bahru plaza Yong Tau Foo stall yesterday ,15 June 2026. I carefully chose 10 pieces for my takeaway (taupau) order but when I opened it,there were only 7 pieces inside. The stall literally shortchanged me by 3 pieces while charging me full price. This completely dishonest. To make matters worse the lady staff was incredibly rude. While ordering, I asked her multiple times where I should place the 10 pieces I had chosen. She completely ignored me refusing to answer or even acknowledge my question. There's absolutely no integrity and no basic customer service here I will never patronise this dishonest stall again. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually respect customers and don't steal you food.
