The orders were extremely slow. I waited 40 minutes for just two sushi plates, even though we placed our order immediately after sitting down. The staff informed us that their system had crashed, and there was no proper backup solution to manage or deliver the food manually. As a result, customers were left sitting and waiting while their limited buffet time continued to run out without receiving the food they had ordered. That said, the staffs were clearly trying their best to handle the situation. The two stars I gave are for their impressive effort, especially Khun Fah and Khun Pun, who remained professional and attentive despite the circumstances.
