Worker from the drink store with brown hair wearing glasses look like old aunty was so rude & impatient. Give black face & scolded me when i look at my phone to look at what drink my friend wanted, kept slamming the drinks also. If can’t handle the stress then don’t work. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service at this Koufu coffee stall is consistently very rude and unhelpful. In one instance, a staff member argued over terminology ('cold coffee' vs. 'iced coffee'). In a more recent visit, the staff repeatedly asked for clarification on 'take away' (four times!) before snapping, 'what really do we want?' Furthermore, after placing an order for three coffees, the staff casually dismissed the request, stating 'no more eh, just replace another drink. Tea lah' without any apology. The staff's attitude and lack of basic courtesy are unacceptable. If staff members are unwilling to engage with customers politely, they should reconsider their role. This rating is specifically for coffee shop ladies. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
