Nice wanton noodles. Noodles texture are good, pity that there is some alkaline taste. Char siew not bad, but abit fatty. Wanton fillings are well marinated and well wrapped. Tasty soup. Reasonable pricing. Friendly staffs. Worth eating. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch

I had a disappointing experience today at Koufu. I'm a regular customer, and while ordering at the 长城 stall, I pointed to a dish and said, "potatoes." From where I was standing, it was clearly the only dish that contained potatoes (it was the potatoes with hotdog dish). Instead of politely clarifying my order, the Vietnamese lady serving me responded in a very rude and impatient manner. She raised her voice, insisted another dish was called "potatoes," and her facial expression made it feel as though she was scolding me for ordering incorrectly. As a customer, I don't expect perfect service, but I do expect basic courtesy and respect. If there was any misunderstanding, it could have been resolved with a simple, polite explanation. I enjoy eating at Koufu and visit regularly, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Staff attitude reflects on the business. If someone is unhappy serving customers, it ultimately affects the company's reputation and the experience of loyal patrons. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that staff are reminded to treat customers with patience and respect.
