This is an intimate izakaya joint so definitely need to get reservations. Everything is meant to be smaller portions to share, but we ordered 8 dishes for two people and still felt hungry afterwards. This included the beef shabu shabu, which was still quite small even with a side of rice. The food quality was very good and service was friendly -- just expect to order more than you think you'd need. Price per person: ¥5,000–6,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We did the hot pot, some karage, oysters, and a few other things. All delicious, and a great variety of food to keep us on our toes throughout the evening. Overall a great dining experience, that also felt cozy and secluded from the hustle and bustle of Hirafu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
