Extremely disappointing service, especially considering I had a reservation for 12:00 and arrived exactly on time. One staff member asked for my reservation name and walked away, then another staff member asked me the same thing. After I repeated it, the first staff member told another staff member, “Yeah, yeah, but we don’t have seats available right now,” without even addressing me directly. I was then told to wait outside. While I was literally sitting outside the restaurant, they called me to ask if I was still confirming my reservation. I told them I was sitting right in front of the restaurant, yet no one still came to invite me in. I understand that tables can be delayed, but the communication and level of professionalism were extremely disappointing. I haven’t tried the food, so this review is purely based on the service experience. Service: 1
