After finishing some errands on a rainy day, I went to have lunch at Krack2834 in Soja City, which apparently relocated last spring, about a 1-minute walk from the old store. If you make a same-day reservation, you will arrive at opening time and take a seat on the sofa by the window. This not-so-old old house has been renovated to make it more comfortable, and the restaurant was full in about 15 minutes. I ordered "today's paella (with salad)" and it was all ready in about 20 minutes. The large shrimp stands out visually, and at first I ate it as is, but the umami of the ingredients melted into the rice, giving it a rich and delicious taste (*^^*) Squeezing lemon in the middle gave it a refreshing taste. ．． ．． The paella was delicious twice in one dish, and the salad was also of a high standard! !
