This place make delicious sandwich with healthy bread. Also love the fact that they open early and food has calories information. I ordered multigrain croissants, Turkey ham and cheese sandwich. Sandwich was great, it has very clean tasting, good texture and fresh bread and ingredients. Croissant was okay, not the best in terms of flakiness of the crust but it's soft and fluffy inside and it taste healthy. I also tried their bircher muslie which was very good - it has apples and raspberries; it's not that sweet but slightly sour which is quite nice and the serving size is very generous.
