Escape the hustle and unwind at Kratom Intha, Ratchaburi Tucked away among lush greenery, Kratom Intha is a charming wooden cottage-style café that offers a peaceful escape from the busy city. The rustic atmosphere and surrounding nature make it a relaxing spot to slow down and enjoy a good cup of coffee. The café catches your attention from the moment you arrive, with its cozy A-frame wooden entrance. Step inside, and you'll find a large wooden coffee bar built around a living tree, bringing the outdoors right into the heart of the café. If you prefer fresh air, the outdoor wooden deck is a great place to sit back and enjoy the natural surroundings. This time, I tried three items: Croissant Almond A buttery croissant with a lightly crisp exterior and a soft, flaky interior. It's generously topped with sliced almonds and powdered sugar, while the almond cream filling adds a pleasant nutty sweetness without being overly rich. Hot Latte Smooth and easy to drink, with velvety milk foam and a well-balanced coffee flavor. The espresso has enough strength to stand out while remaining mellow thanks to the steamed milk. Sunny Orange Americano (Frappe) A refreshing blended Americano with orange. The bold coffee flavor pairs nicely with the sweet and tangy citrus, creating a light and refreshing drink that's especially enjoyable on a warm day. If you're visiting Ratchaburi and looking for a relaxing café to take a break, enjoy some coffee and pastries, or simply spend time taking photos, Kratom Intha is worth adding to your itinerary. Overall, Kratom Intha stands out more for its atmosphere than its menu. With several seating areas—including shaded outdoor spots, an air-conditioned indoor section, and a wooden terrace—you can choose the setting that suits your mood. A LAKESIDE ESCAPE WITH TWO DISTINCT SPACES A thoughtfully designed café where each area offers a different mood to slow down. - Design & Space: Very impressive layout with two main café areas. One is an indoor glasshouse with a large tree inside—quite unique. The other is an open-air space right by the lake. Sitting here feels almost like being in a lake villa, with each seat carefully positioned to frame the mountains and water in the most beautiful way. You can sense a strong design taste behind it. - Food: Well-prepared and neat - Atmosphere: Peaceful, layered, and easy to stay longer than planned - Toilets: Clean and well-maintained CONCLUSION: A perfect stop on a Ratchaburi roadtrip. Come midday for a quiet rest by the lakeside pavilion, or later in the afternoon to catch the sunset from the hillside overlooking the water. The place is still expanding, with parts of the café and farm under development— which makes it feel like there’s more to discover next time. Lovely cafe, located in the middle of nowhere and being part of a large resort. The food and bakery tasted good. Price is on the higher-end I’d say. It would certainly be good if they increased the size of their food menu. Place itself is very beautiful, proper seating both in and outdoors. And a clean air-conditioned bathroom. It’s got plenty of parking spaces and you walk through a beautiful garden area when entering the cafe. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
