The beyond rude staff made a mistake handling my debit card payment, declared loudly for all other staff my card didn't have any money in it. Then proceeded to shove the terminal in my face when I told her that was simply impossible. Another staff took over, rectified her mistake and the payment passed. No excuse whatsoever from either. In retail, you never say such things, and you don't confront clients. Be polite and courteous. Oh, and no cash payments is maybe company policy, but it's also illegal for your company to refuse it. Cash remains legal tender in Thailand. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

i love krispy kreme doughnuts and happy to find it near the gate. i could get some and enjoy during my flight! but the staff worked so slow and i don't want to miss my flights becoz of a half dozen doughnuts. hope they could improve the service speed. the original glaze is always the best. the valentine's version (i don't mind it's very sweet) the strawberry flavour is very artificial.
