I was very disappointed with the service from the staff at the front counter, especially the staff member wearing a head covering. There was no welcoming attitude, no smile, no greeting, and no guidance or attention toward customers at all, which was quite disappointing for a well-known brand like Krispy Kreme. I hope the management can look into this issue and provide additional training on customer service standards. The front-counter staff are the first impression of the brand, so I sincerely hope the service will be improved. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: ฿200–400
