I was just there to get two donuts today, and honestly, I wasn't expecting such hospitality. A young guy, who I believe was of Chinese descent, enthusiastically offered me a free sample of their churro. It was a pleasant surprise and made my visit even better. I'll definitely be back. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The most unhygienic outlet ever!!, I bought a original glaze donut around noon today from a dark skinned male employee of yours and mind you at this point I didn't know anything at all., I proceeded to have my lunch at soup spoon and I'm glad I sat across Krispy kreme because I saw that very same male employee of yours use that exact same glove he used to serve me to, touch his phone, touch the counter cloth and HIS SHIRT?!, I even see a donut on that's placed near their dishwasher without any packaging...check your cameras!!, won't be having my donut now. , this is singapore so please meet the standard and be glad I only spent 2.90 because if I spent more than that. you'll not be just seeing this review. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Strawberry Snow, Original Glazed Mini Doughnuts, Original Glazed Box of 6

I went here the other time , he was very rude , the workers are all rude there , all I have asked was if the payment was paynow to double cfm , he said ‘ yeah lah’ , he even added to give me attitude and threw my donut on the counter, he was extremely disrespectful . Don’t go to Bugis outlet , they are the worst people there....like who even treats their customers like that? just close it down in my opinion or get better workers, they dont deserve to work there. Dunkin Donuts still better
