This staff was unbelievably rude. I was there with my mother calling out to her about 5 to 6 times. She was so engrossed looking at her handphone. I continued to call out to her patiently. Eventually she attended to us and took the order. When we requested for a plastic, she replied in a very rude and unhappy tone that we had to pay 20 cents. We had a very disappointing experience due to the behavior of the staff at the counter. She was rude, dismissive, and showed little interest in helping. Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely lacking, which made the interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately that was not the case here. I hope management addresses this issue, as it reflects poorly on the business. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
