super rude malay male staff. i asked politely if they were able to double bag the donuts and he replied me in a curt and sharp manner and said "we don't do that", although i told them its okay if there's no extra bag. unpleasant and straight up mean, horrible experience Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5

The middle aged man at the cashier does not want to be there. He looks angry that he has to work. Utterly impatient and doesn't respond when I asked him a question, just stared into the distance. I'm appalled by the blatant disregard and disrespect for customer. I'm not looking for service but at least some common courtesy would be nice. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would like to complain about krispy kreme at hillion mall. Why is it CASHLESS?????? I really don't understand. How about student that want to buy?? Cannot even use student pass. Student don't have card. So how are they going to buy?? Just stare at the donut is it??? This is damn stupid. Might as well i don't give cash to my kids. So far krispy kreme is the only place that go cashless. And the cashier don't even know how to ans when i ask her. This is not the way to answer to customer. Please do something about this.
