Wah, the Krispy Kreme at IMM really shiok lah! Grabbed the Original Glazed with a hot coffee — super soft, sweet just nice, and perfect for a quick recharge. Great spot to chill before continuing the shopping marathon. Confirm will come back again one! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

"Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the extremely rude staff. Despite the store having a good selection of products, the poor customer service overshadowed the positives. What a disappointment. Finally deciding to try after ignoring about 10 occasions before, should have just stayed away. Recommending all to do the same. This outlet is a cancer to the name of this establishment simply because of the infuriatingly shoddy service. Not even a turn of the machine to allow me to scan to pay at a cashless establishment, nor any smiles, warmth or regard to experience. Simply disrespectful and honestly felt rather uneducated, to be blunt. Food: 3 Service: 1
