Spot on! Kronen Brauhaus is certainly a reason I head up to Khon Kaen. The staff are totally sorted, the playlist is lovely, and the food is quality, tasty. The absolute pinnacle though is their proper in-house German brew – different class, that is! Whenever I'm floating about the area, I always treat myself to a visit. As a regular Guest at the Kronen Brauhaus, i am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. My music request was completely ignored by the singer lady , which I find unacceptable and especially in a venue that claims a 5-star standards. As a loyal returning customer, I expect at least a minimum level of attentiveness and respect. While the atmosphere, food, and service remain very good, the singer’s lady attitude was disappointing. She came across as arrogant, dismissive, and uninterested in engaging with guests. This behavior does not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect in a hotel of this category. Entertainment should enhance the guest experience and experience not diminish it. Management should seriously reconsider the training and suitability of the singer lady or she should find another job. Due to this experience, I will not be returning anymore!
