Perfect restaurant an absolute must visit if you’re in Koh Chang. Service is perfect,food is delicious, especially deep fried prawns and Pad krapow. Love this place ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We're staying on the island for 6 weeks and have been trying all of the restaurants with 4.7+ ratings (we've tried a couple lower), and after 4 visits, I can say it's the best food we've had so far. The crispy pork is only rivaled by Neng's Clay Pot in Chiang Mai and by far the best on Ko Chang. We love that you take your shoes off to enter and there's water and ice (maybe no ice during Songkran). The service is attentive, the music is good, it's quiet and has a more chill vibe than places on the main road. I'm sure we'll eat there again and I look forward to it. Krua Ban Phai offers truly authentic Thai cuisine and quickly became our favorite place to eat on Koh Chang. The food was consistently amazing — full of flavor, freshly prepared, and clearly made with love. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, which made every visit feel special. My partner and I loved the restaurant so much that during our time on the island, we ended up eating there every single day. One moment that really touched us was when the owner went out of her way to bring us Kuay Tiew Lui Suan from the market — such a thoughtful and generous gesture that we will never forget. Every meal was delicious, and honestly, we would have happily stayed on Koh Chang just for the food at Krua Ban Phai. We can’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for genuine Thai food and heartfelt hospitality. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
