I have lived in Japan and Okinawa for 35 years and run my own hamburger shop in Okinawa. My wife and I eat at K'spit in Okinawa almost once a week on our days off. Now we are at the main branch in Aichi prefecture and the food is great. I grew up making and eating hamburgers. That's my culture. Many Japanese burgers are covered in sauce or dressing to mask the flavor of the meat, and most often have chicken or pork mixed in instead of all beef. But K's pit is a very American burger with real beef and the restaurant's new manager Atsumi is doing a great job in the kitchen. We have come a long way to eat his food and were not disappointed at all!!
