Had the beef broth with wide vermicelli noodles, and it was absolutely fantastic. The broth is rich, deeply savoury, and packed with flavour, with a slightly thick consistency that clings beautifully to the noodles. It comes loaded with tender pork slices, fish balls, and liver, all cooked to perfection. The liver, in particular, is a standout—fully cooked yet smooth, avoiding any unpleasant grainy texture. The wide rice noodles are silky and well-cooked, soaking up the broth without getting mushy. The addition of fresh greens and scallions adds a nice contrast to the richness of the soup. Every spoonful is comforting and flavourful. Came here twice on this trip and was impressed both times. Be prepared for a crowd during lunchtime, as the place fills up quickly with office workers. Expect to wait or share a table. The staff don’t speak English, so it’s best to have a translation app or simply point at what you want.
