Took advantage of the 1-for-1 promo as the girls wanted to give it a try. We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 pastas, 1 risotto and 1 gnocchi to share. Ordering was via QR code, and service-wise, nothing much to comment on. The food took a little while to arrive. As for the food, everything was okay and decent, but honestly, nothing really stood out or was memorable. Overall, glad we got to try it with the 1-for-1 promo, but probably not a place I’d be rushing back to. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

I visited Kucina Italian Restaurant at Kinex on 21 July 2026 for dinner and ordered a main course consisting of steak and mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the exact name of the dish. I requested my steak to be cooked medium. However, when the dish arrived and I started eating, I found the steak extremely tough and difficult to chew. It felt like I was eating rubber. The waiter kindly noticed that I was struggling with the meat and offered to bring it back to the kitchen. After some time, the steak was returned to me, but unfortunately, it was no better than the first time. I tried chewing it, but it was still so tough that I eventually had to spit it out. I was unable to enjoy or finish my main course. The total bill came to $214, and despite spending this amount, I went home still feeling hungry and very disappointed with my dining experience. I have visited Kucina before, but after this experience, I am extremely disappointed and do not think I will be returning to the restaurant again. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and look into the quality of the food served to customers. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 100+
