Well decorated. Great service. The staffs were very polite.(At Kumpoon on the ground floor) Foods were quick. Pricey but it's normal for a restaurant in department store. Edit* : the supervisor at kumpoon on the 5th floor talked so LOUD all the time. It annoyed me and ruined the atmosphere. If you want to have dinner at Kumpoon quiet, better go to the other one on the ground floor. Same menu. Better atmosphere)
