Had lunch at Kumar Mess recently. 1) I tried the Tandoori Meals, which included: ︎ Briyani rice ︎ 2 pieces of tandoori chicken ︎ Onion raita ︎ Kesari ︎ Spicy onion with lemon ︎ Chettinad chicken gravy ︎ Tandoori chicken gravy ︎ 2 pieces of naan ︎ Green chutney for the tandoori chicken Overall, the meal was good, filling, and value for money. The Chettinad chicken gravy had a really good taste and is recommended for spicy food lovers. Only the briyani rice taste could be improved a little. 2) Prata (2 pieces) with Chettinad Chicken Gravy – A very tasty combination. The Chettinad chicken gravy had a really good taste and is recommended for spicy food lovers. 3) Mutton Bone Soup – Taste was good, especially for spicy food lovers. The soup first came not hot. I informed the staff, and he brought it to the kitchen to heat it up. After that, he served the soup hot. 4) Rasamalai – Sweet and delicious. Overall, it’s a good place for South Indian food with flavorful dishes. Will visit again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
