I added cheese fries and onsen tamago. The taste of the fries was excellent as they were freshly fried and served right away. I felt that the combination of soy sauce, rice, and slightly undercooked eggs could be a simple and delicious meal without frying. What impressed me the most was that, instead of commercially available pickled radish or green ginger, they came with pickled cabbage. The acidity of the lime-based dish cut through the greasiness of the fried food, and I could tell they were thinking about the people eating it. Above all, it was so delicious that they asked for just the pickles to be sold separately. If you think about Yotsuya in Seoul or Ichimizen in Osaka, they definitely have good ingredients and are able to bring out the original taste well, but that's what's unique about them, and considering the former's annoying waiting time, I think Kumosan is a better restaurant. However, because the types of fried food are different depending on the menu, there is no opportunity to taste all types of fried food, and I personally was disappointed that there was no anago and lotus root.
