建物はコンクリートの壁と雰囲気のある扉が印象的な、カフェとホテルの複合施設「NODE犀川」1階にあります。 オーナーさんは、東京で人気のパン教室を10年以上主宰していた方で、国産小麦と天然酵母やオーガニックの素材を使い、じっくりと美味しさを引き出して一つひとつ焼き上げられてます。 パンやお菓子はテイクアウトできるのでSNSを見て一度行ってみたいと思い訪れて正解！！. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Other Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000

I'm an English-speaking local guide living in Kanazawa. This bakery café "KuriSalo" is located right across the street from Nishi Chaya Geisha district. We almost passed by the café as it doesn't look like that judging from the facade. It's literally a hidden gem! Upon entering the café, you will find a variety of breads and desserts on your left. The inside of the café is so stylish and also has a relaxing ambience. We had three types of bread, an assortment of little desserts and also an iced cafe latte. The staff kindly cut two types of bread into two pieces each for us and placed them on our plates. All of them were so good but I especially liked the bread stuffed with gouda cheese and fig inside and also the muffin with red bean paste and butter inside, which is chewy inside and crispy outside The staff were also kind and nice.
