Kurogeya Honke has always been a well-reputed brand with delicious hot pot ingredients. It has always been a favorite restaurant for birthday parties with friends. However, this time the dinner service at Sogo restaurant was except for one of the service staff named Shark. The other tableside service was above the standard. When we saw the cheese of the guest at the next table falling on the table, we felt like the paint was peeling off. The person who came to order our food later had an attitude of ordering that was not warm, relaxed and unclear in speech. , after finally ordering, he took the tiny iPad in his hand and asked us to look at the screen to confirm with us (?) His lack of skills made me not feel that I was dining at Kurogeya today, after we only rinsed a piece of meat. He came to ask us if we wanted to cook the noodles. In the end, the lady who actually helped cook the noodles came forward and placed a plate of noodles under the inside of the table at the service counter. Instead, she asked us if the noodles were already cooked (?). The service was very unprofessional and made us dumbfounded. They all make us feel that we don’t understand it very well and the sign is really ruined. It’s a pity that the food is still delicious but the service is greatly reduced. We will not recommend this branch and will choose other branches to eat in the future. Service: Dine in Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
