一番のおすすめの雲呑麺を注文。もちろん 美味しかったですが、これで70香港ドルは少し高いです。雲呑はかなり冷たかったです。ただ とにかくお客さんが多くて待ってる人もいました。. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I visited Kwan Kee Bamboo Noodles after seeing so many positive reviews, and it exceeded all my expectations! First off, the staff—especially the man who greeted me—was incredibly kind and helpful. Although I originally intended to order only a bowl of wonton noodles, he warmly suggested the set meal that includes the soup, a plate of Chinese broccoli (kai-lan), and a cup of classic Hong Kong-style milk tea. I’m so glad I followed his advice! Even though I was worried it might be too much, it was so delicious that I polished off the whole thing without any trouble. The wonton noodles themselves are perfect. They are made using the traditional bamboo-pole method, resulting in an incredibly springy and firm texture that I've never experienced elsewhere. The wontons were packed with fresh, plump shrimp and had a delicate skin. The broth was clear and deeply flavorful. The accompanying broccoli was perfectly blanched, and the milk tea was smooth and authentic. As a bonus, the reviews were true: I was lucky enough to meet the restaurant’s resident cat! She was absolutely adorable, sporting a little red collar with bells, and was calmly roaming the dining area. Getting to see her made my meal even more special. Kwan Kee is a fantastic spot for genuine, high-quality wonton noodles and great hospitality. I will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100
