This place definitely does not deserve its rating. The food feels like it’s made purely for tourists, lacking authenticity and depth of flavor. The Tom Kha was the worst I’ve had in my life, and I’ve tried it in many places across Thailand. After finishing it, I honestly felt like I needed something else just to get rid of the taste. This was my favourite place to get Thai food in Pai!! I had the Massaman curry twice and it’s so SO delicious service was great and staff were super friendly. Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Kwanjai Thai Food in Pai is one of the best places I’ve eaten during my trip. The food here is truly delicious, cooked with authentic flavors. Every dish I tried was fresh, well-prepared, and full of taste. The prices are very affordable compared to many other restaurants in town, which makes it a great spot if you want amazing Thai food without overspending. The portions are generous too, so you definitely get great value for money. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, and the staff are kind and attentive, which adds to the whole experience. Whether you’re just stopping by for a quick meal or planning a nice dinner, Kwanjai Thai Food is a perfect choice in Pai. Highly recommended for anyone who loves real Thai flavors at a fair price!
