Thailand has exceptional service that KyO Roll @CentralWorld fails to provide. The cashier & the waiter were not friendly & hurried me for the order without any customers in line. Packed the cake in a takeaway, and was visually upset when I said I’ll be eating at the cafe. Matcha tastes like water with green dye. Milk roll is okay. Second & the last time I’ll be visiting. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Matcha Mont Blanc at Kyo Roll En is totally worth the hype. This is a five layered parfait consisting of - 1. Matcha Mont Blanc – the swirled matcha cream on top 2. Organic Milk Ice Cream – the soft serve layer beneath 3. Matcha Crisps – a crunchy textural layer 4. Honey cake cubes - just right as it should be 5. Matcha Kanten – a matcha jelly base layer (kanten is Japanese agar) in the cone. Each layer has a different texture and taste and you can’t wait till you reach the next one. Do visit if you are in Terminal 21 mall. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
