Fumi Joe’s weekend lunch set proved to be a delightful culinary journey, with the Izakaya Set priced at HK$398 offering both variety and refinement. The appetizers set the tone, especially the spicy toro tartare with snow crab and the delicate soy milk skin paired with sea urchin broth, which were truly memorable. Skewers followed, with four pieces each, where the tender abalone and the A4 Kumamoto sirloin stood out for their flavor and texture. The mains continued the indulgence, with the toro don delivering elegant simplicity and the A4 wagyu beef udon offering rich comfort. Finished with sesame ice cream, the meal felt complete and satisfying.
