This Korean-style katsu spot in Central has everything from cheese and sweet potato to prawn katsu, but their cheese katsu is the real standout – served with that perfect stretchy cheese pull. I love that you can customize your favorite combinations from their sets, and they offer plenty of dipping sauces to try. The rice, noodles, and salad are all unlimited refill too, which is a fantastic value. Their fizzy fresh fruit drinks are a must-try, they're super refreshing and balance out all the fried goodness perfectly. Great for lunch or dinner, and definitely better with company so you can sample more varieties!

My favorite fried pork cutlet (Tonkatsu) place in town. I am usually not a fried pork cutlet person but they do it so well here that it’s so light, not oily at all and super juicy. The Korean cold noodle and cabbage are a nice addition to go with the pork cutlets. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $150–200 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Had a great experience at Kyung Yang Katsu. The service was very friendly and had a great conversation. The tonkatsu was amazing, very juicy with a crunchy crust. They have cheese and sweet potato toppings, amazing cold noodles and rice as sides. Definitely a must in your HK trip.
