初めての奈良井宿でした。日帰り予定でしたが直前でこちらの宿を見つけたので予約しました。 宿はとてもオシャレな空間でゆっくりとくつろぐことができました。 お料理もとても美味しかったです。 何より店主やシェフがとてもいい方達でした。 アットホームな雰囲気で、色々なお話ができて良い出会いに感謝です ランチ営業もされているので次はランチにうかがいたいです！

This place was way overpriced. The room and property were clean enough. However, the value just isn’t there. Room was tired, The dinner and breakfast were barely mediocre. The service was not good. In an effort to discuss this I was not even granted the opportunity to talk to the owner. Instead I was pushed away. I wish I did not have to write this review, but here we are. Narai is very beautiful and interesting. I am sure there are better places to stay. I would have been satisfied at about 1/3 the price. Save your money!! Service: 1

We had high hopes for our overnight stay at La Terra Narai in Narajuku after a three-day hike, but unfortunately the experience didn’t match the price of around 580 dollars including dinner and breakfast. We arrived early but were unable to check in before 3 PM and struggled to find any staff to assist us. The room itself was decent, though we had to cover an emergency exit sign with a towel because its bright green light shone directly into the room all night. The toilet’s bidet functions also didn’t work, and the amenities were quite limited — only three napkins, a nearly empty soap dispenser, and very small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Dinner appeared to be reheated food from elsewhere, and breakfast was minimal: one sausage, small portions of pre-made salads, two slices of toast with honey, and coffee. Given the high rate, we were quite disappointed with the overall quality and service. We would not recommend staying here — visitors to Narajuku would be better off choosing different accommodation.
